I knew both Flemming and Penny had plenty of experience and I trusted both of them to run a great company. I was not wrong. Since joining TTAND I have had nothing but support from head office with marketing, website, training and anything else I need to run my own home business. The commission split is excellent. The yearly conferences are life changing, and meeting all the other agents either in person or in online forums just for us is a fantastic way to grow my business. Although we have grown in numbers, there is always someone to answer my questions. One important factor is that the people at head office ALWAYS want our feedback on anything they do.
